1️⃣ Intimate Apparel (Bras, Underwear, Shapewear)
Intimate Apparel Return Policy
Due to health and hygiene protection regulations, intimate apparel — including but not limited to bras, underwear, and shapewear — is subject to special return conditions.
Return Eligibility
Intimate apparel is only eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:
The item has not been worn or tried on
The item has not come into direct contact with the skin
The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
The item remains in its original packaging
The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
If any of the above conditions are not met, the item is not eligible for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Situations
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for intimate apparel that:
Has been tried on or worn
Has been removed from original packaging
Shows signs of use, washing, odor, or damage
Is returned due to size selection errors, fit preferences, comfort expectations, or subjective dissatisfaction
Matches the product category and description shown on our website
Goodwill Compensation (No Return Required)
Although returns are not possible once intimate apparel has been tried on, we value customer satisfaction.
As a one-time goodwill gesture, we may offer:
🎁 A discount allowing you to reorder the same or a different item by paying only the product price
🚚 Shipping fees will be waived for this replacement order

Cosmetics Return Policy
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, cosmetic products are subject to strict return rules.
Non-Returnable Cosmetics
Cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded if:
The product has been opened, used, or tested
The seal (if applicable) has been broken
The product was used and caused a personal skin reaction or sensitivity
Individual skin reactions are considered personal sensitivity, not a product defect.
Goodwill Solution for Cosmetics
If a cosmetic product has been used and a refund is not applicable, we may offer, at our discretion:
🎁 A discount to reorder another non-cosmetic product
🚚 Free shipping on the replacement order, with the customer paying only the product price

Does not constitute a refund
Is offered without admitting product defect
