1. Unpack
   Open the box and take out the goggles, earplugs, and nose clip.
2. Adjust the Strap
   Fit the head strap to your size — snug but comfortable.
3. Wear the Goggles
   Place over your eyes and press gently to seal.
4. Insert Earplugs
   Place one in each ear to keep water out.
5. Use the Nose Clip
   Position over your nostrils if needed for swimming or diving.
6. Swim & Enjoy

7. After Use
   Rinse with fresh water and air dry. Don’t wipe the inner lens.
